| 摘 要： | 目的:通过检测E2F3 mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌组织及正常膀胱移行上皮组织中的表达,探讨其与膀胱移行细胞癌发生发展的关系.方法:通过RT-PCR方法检测34例膀胱移行细胞癌组织及19例正常膀胱移行上皮组织中E2F3 mRNA的表达情况.结果:E2F3 mRNA在膀胱移行细胞癌及正常膀胱移行上皮组织中的阳性表达率分别为47.1%(16/34)和0%(0/19).膀胱移行细胞癌组织中E2F3 mRNA的表达率明显高于正常膀胱移行上皮组织(P＜0.005).其中膀胱移行细胞癌组织中E2F3 mRNA的表达率随肿瘤分级、分期增高而相应增高(P＜0.05).结论:E2F3基因可能通过参与细胞周期调控,在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生发展中起到促进作用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of E2F3 mRNA in bladder urothelial carcinoma and normal bladder urothelial tussue to explore its relationship with the genesis and progression of bladder urothelial carcinoma.Methods:The expression of E2F3 mRNA in 34 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 19 cases of normal bladder urothelial tussue was examined by RT-PCR.Result:The positivity rates of E2F3 mRNA in bladder urothelial carcinomas and normal bladder urothelial tussues were 47.1%(16/34) and 0%(0/19) respectively.The expression level of E2F3 mRNA in bladder urothelial carcinomas was significantly higher than that in normal bladder urothelial tussues(P <0.005).The expression rate of E2F3 mRNA in bladder urothelial carcinoma was positively correlated with tumor grade and clinical stage(P <0.05).Conclusion:E2F3 might play a promoting role in the genesis and progression of bladder urothelial carcinoma by controlling cell cycle. |
