针刺调阴跷阳跷治疗失眠症87例临床观察

目的 :对比针刺调阴跷、阳跷与西药治疗失眠症的疗效。方法 :针刺调阴跷、阳跷治疗失眠症 87例 ,与单纯西药氯硝西泮 (Clonopin)治疗的 4 5例作疗效对比观察。结果 :治疗组总有效率为94 2 % ,对照组为 82 2 % ,两组患者治疗前后睡眠状况自评量表 (SRSS)差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 0 0 1) ,而两组间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :针刺调阴跷、阳跷治疗失眠症疗效优于催眠镇静药氯硝西泮 ,对于各种原因不能服用药物的患者尤为适用。

Acupuncture regulating Yinqiao and Yangqiao Meridians for treatment of 87 cases of insomnia

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture regulating Yinqiao and Yangqiao Meridians on insomnia. Methods 87 cases of insomnia were treated by acupuncture regulating Yinqiao and Yangqiao Meridians (treatment group) and 45 cases were treated with clonopin as control group, and their therapeutic effects were assessed by the Self-Rating Scale of Sleeping and compared. Results The total effective rate was 94.2% in the treatment group and 82.2% in the control group, with very significant difference before and after treatment ( P <0.001), but with no significant difference between both groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effect of acupuncture regulating Yinqiao and Yangqiao Meridians is superior to that of Clonopin on insomnia, and it is proper to the patients who can not take medicine.
