火针温针结合治疗急性踝关节扭伤40例疗效观察

目的观察火针温针结合治疗急性踝关节扭伤的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例,予火针结合温针治疗,对照组40例予外用701膏药和正骨水治疗。结果治疗组治愈38例,显效2例,总有效率100·0%,治愈率95·0%,对照组治愈25例,显效15例,总有效率100·0%,治愈率62·5%,虽然两组总有效率相同,但治疗组治愈率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0·01)。结论火针温针结合治疗急性踝关节扭伤疗效良好,优于外用701膏及正骨水。

40 Cases Curative Effect Observation of Acute Talus Arthrosis Sprain by the Combination of Fire Needle and Warm Needle Moxibustion

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of acute talus arthrosis sprain with the combination of fire needle and warm needle moxibustion.Method Divide 80-case patients into 2 groups at random. One group treated by combination of fire needle and warm needle moxibustion, and the other group treated by 701 Contusion Paste and Zhenggushui Contusion Liquid Remedy. Results In the treatment group 38 cases were cured, 2 cases with obvious effect, the total effectiveness ratio is 100.0 %, and the healing ratio is 95.0 %. While in the contrast group, 25 cases cured, 15 cases with obvious effect, the total effectiveness ratio is 100.0 %, and the healing ratio is 62.5 %. Although the total effectiveness ratio is same, the healing ratio of the treatment ratio is obviously higher than the contrast group. Conclusion The curative effectiveness of treatment of acute talus arthrosis sprain is better than that of 701 Contusion Paste and Zhenggushui Contusion Liquid Remedy.
