雨蛙素诱发的大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎动物模型

摘    要:采用皮下注射超大剂量的雨蛙素建立大鼠急性水肿性胰腺炎模型,用光镜和电镜观察了胰腺腺泡细胞的组织病理学改变。该模型以胰腺的显著水肿,组织学改变(包括腺泡细胞胞质内空泡形成,间质水肿及白细胞浸润)以及血清淀粉酶水平升高为特征。此模型具有简便,产生损伤迅速,非侵入性,在病理形态、时间进程与人类胰腺炎相似等多种优点,是研究急性胰腺炎早期发病机理的理想动物模型。

Abstract:A model of acute cdematous pancreatitis was established in rats by subcutaneous admin- istration supramaximal doses of caerulein and the pathologic changes of the pancreatic acinar cells were observed by light and electron microscopes. The characterized changes of this model were mark edema of the pancrease,histologic changes (including interstitial edema,acinar cytoplasmic vacuoles and inflammatory cell infiltration) and rising in serum amylase. This model has many merits. As, it is simple, rapid appeared lesions,noninvasive,and it' s morphologic changes and time course closely resemble that of human pancreatitis. There-fore, it is an ideal model for study the pathogenetic mechanisms during the early phase of acute pancreatitis.
