电针对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠胰岛素抵抗及血清瘦素水平的影响

目的：应用电针刺激SD大鼠肝俞、足三里、丰隆、太冲穴，观察其对高脂饮食所致的非酒精性脂肪性肝炎（NASH）大鼠血清胰岛素抵抗（IR）和瘦素（Leptin）水平的影响。方法：40只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、电针组和西药组，每组10只。除正常组外，其他3组大鼠均以范建高经典造模法造模。电针组和西药组大鼠在造模12周后分别行针灸和西药治疗。16周时将所有大鼠断头处死，用HE染色光镜下观察肝组织的病理改变。经下腔静脉采血，迅速按常规分离血清，采用酶法检测血清空腹血糖（ FBG）及采用放射免疫分析法测定空腹血清胰岛素（ FINS），计算胰岛素抵抗指数；采用ELISA法测定血清Leptin水平。结果：正常组大鼠空腹血糖与其他各组比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），模型组大鼠IR比正常组显著增高（P＜0.01）；比电针组增高（P＜0.05）；电针组较西药组有下降趋势，但两者比较差异无明显性意义（ P＞0.05）。正常组大鼠与模型组比较，血清Leptin水平显著降低（ P＜0.05﹚；电针组与药物组比较，血清Leptin水平有下降趋势，但差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论：电针治疗能够降低非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠血清Leptin水平，减轻脂质过氧化，是其治疗NASH的重要机制。

Effects of electronic acupuncture on insulin resistence and letpin of rats with non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis

Objective： To observe the effects of electronic acupuncture on the serumal changes of IR and leptin of rats with non-alcoholic steatosis hepatitis, acupoints Ganshu （BL 18）, Zusanli （ST 36）, Fenglong （ST 40） and Taichong （LR 3） were needled with electronic acupuncture.Methods： Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of ten each： normal group , model group, electronic acupuncture group and the western medicine group.The rats were killed at the end of the 16th week from the beginning of the experiment.Serum and liver specimens were collected.Histological specimens were stained with HE and then studied.Results： There was no significant difference between the four groups with regard to fasting blood glucose （ P〉0.05）; IR level was markedly higher in the model group than in the normal group （P〈0.01）; it was higher in the model group than in the electronic acupuncture group （P〈0.05）; There was a downtrend in the electronic acupuncture group in com-parison to the western medicine group , but there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） .The level of leptin was significantly lower in the acupuncture and the western medicine group than the rest groups （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant changes between the acupunture group and the western medicine group.Conclusion： Electric acupuncture can strengthen the hepatic tis-sues against oxidation , relieve lipid peroxidation in the treatment of NASH.
