| 摘 要： | 目的观察怡开(TPK)对早期糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的影响。方法选取糖尿病早期肾病患者80例,随机分为治疗组(怡开组)40例,对照组(洛汀新组)40例。两组控制血糖、血压方法相同,对照组口服洛汀新10 mg,1次/d;治疗组口服怡开240 u,3次/d。两组疗程为3个月。结果和洛汀新组相比,怡开组治疗3个月后24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论在早期糖尿病肾病阶段,短时间内口服怡开有较好降低尿微量白蛋白排泄率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of use of TPK on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 80 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into the treatment group with TPK 240u tid for 3 months and the benazepril group with benazepril 10mg daily for 3 months.Results Compared with the benazepril group,proteinuria and albuminuria significantly decreased in the treatment group after 3 months therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion Administration of TPK may decrease proteinuria and albuminuria in early diabetic nephropathy in short term. |
