Abstract: | Administration of radioisotope131I at 148 kBq/g body weight results in an inhibition of the primary immune response and in a decrease of proliferating activity of mouse lymphocytes in response to alloantigen stimulation. The number of antibody-producing spleen cells for immunization of mice with sheep erythrocytes diminished after administration of131I at 74 kBq/g animal weight.
