扁桃体改良剥离术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的疗效观察

目的：观察扁桃体改良剥离术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法：对本科2008年12月～2010年8月收治并确诊为慢性扁桃体炎的44例患者（观察组）采用扁桃体改良剥离术治疗,并与既往采用传统扁桃体剥离术治疗的43例慢性扁桃体炎患者（对照组）进行比较,比较两组患者的平均出血量、术后伪膜的生长情况及开始进半流质饮食的平均时间。结果：观察组术中的平均出血量、术后伪膜生长情况及进食半流质饮食的平均时间等指标均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：扁桃体改良剥离术与传统剥离术相比,创伤小、出血量少、术后进食早。

To observe the efficacy of improved tonsillectomy by dissection in treatment of chronic tonsillitis

Objective：To observe the tonsil dissection improved the clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic tonsillitis.Methods：Undergraduate December 2008 to August 2010 and diagnosed with chronic tonsillitis treated 44 patients（observation group） treated with tonsil modified dissection and dissection tonsillectomy with the previous conventional treatment of 43 patients with chronic tonsillitis patients（control group） were compared in patients with average blood loss,postoperative pseudomembranous and began to feed the growth of semi-liquid diet,the average time.Results：The average intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pseudomembranous growth and consumption of semi-liquid diet,the average time indicators were significantly better than the control group（P0.05）,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The modified dissection tonsillectomy with conventional dissection compare to trauma,less blood loss and postoperative eating early.
