乳癌术后皮肤放射性烧伤的处理和综合治疗

目的:总结乳癌术后皮肤放射性损伤的处理和综合治疗方法.方法:对于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级皮肤急性放射性烧伤创面常规处理；皮肤慢性溃疡予以手术清除坏死组织、适度扩创、切除溃疡病灶后,通过皮片移植和各种类型皮瓣或肌皮瓣移植修复创面.结果:门诊治疗28例,治愈23例.手术治愈18例.结论:Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级皮肤急性放射性烧伤经常规处理可愈合；Ⅲ级以上放射性烧伤形成的皮肤慢性溃疡只能通过植皮、皮瓣或肌皮瓣移植修复创面.

Repair and Comprehensive Therapy on Post-Breast-Cancer Radiation- Induced Skin Damages

Objective:To provide a comprehensive therapy and medical repair method for post-breast-cancer radiation-induced skin damages.Method:Provide regular therapy for Level Ⅰ/Ⅱ urgent radiation-induced skin damages on the wound surface;as for chronic skin ulcer,operation to clear necro-tissues should be followed by proper amount of epluchage and severation of ulceration focus,then would surface should be repaired by flap transplantation and other methods of flap/musculocutaneous flap transplantation.Result:23 out of 28 cases were cured by ambulatory treatment,all 18 cases were cured by surgery treatment.Conclusion:Level Ⅰ/Ⅱ urgent radiation-induced skin damages could be cured by regular treatment;Level Ⅲ/above radiation-induced skin chronic ulcer could only be repaired by skin-grafting or flap/musc ulocutaneous flap transplantation on wound surface.
