康复护理在乳腺癌根治术后的应用

目的:通过一系列科学的、循序渐进的康复护理方法,使乳腺癌术后患者改善肢体功能,提高生存质量。方法:随机选择2010年3月~2011年12月在我院行乳腺癌根治术后患者,对50例患者进行术后健康教育和功能康复指导,2周患者手臂能越过头顶摸到对侧耳朵,6~10周患肢功能基本恢复到术前水平。结果:50例中无1例出现并发症和后遗症,伤口愈合好。结论:乳腺癌根治术后进行功能康复护理,有益于患肢的功能恢复,实现了患者躯体、心理的整体恢复,运用此护理方法,效果良好。

The Application of Rehabilitation Nursing After Breast Cancer Radical Correction

Objective:Through a series of scientific and progressive rehabilitation nursing method,improving the body function of postoperative patients and boost their quality of life.Methods:Select 50 cases of breast cancer patients suffering radical correction in our hospital from March 2010 to December 2011,helping them with health education and postoperative rehabilitation guidance.All patients could touch the opposite side ear using affected limb after 2 weeks.Through 6～10 weeks of helping,the affected limbs of all patients recovered the function as same as preoperative.Result:There was no complication or lingering effects after helping of all the 50 patients.Conclusion: Rehabilitation function nursing was beneficial to the affected limbs function restore of patients which suffering breast cancer radical correction.Using this guidance could realize not only the physical recovery,but also the psychic recovery of patients.
