补骨脂盐炙对实验动物止泻作用影响的研究

目的：考察补骨脂盐炙前后止泻作用的差异，为临床治疗脾肾阳虚所致泄泻提供理论依据。方法：以补骨脂生品、水炙品、盐炙品醇水双提物分别灌胃给药，观察对番泻叶所致急性腹泻小鼠排便点数，大黄造成脾虚腹泻小鼠肠推进率和胃动素含量的影响。结果：补骨脂盐炙品10g/kg剂量能减少急性小鼠腹泻的稀便点数，15g/kg能抑制脾虚小鼠肠推进；水炙品和盐炙品均能促进胃动素的分泌。结论：补骨脂盐炙品对急性以及脾虚腹泻治疗作用优于生品及水炙品；盐炙后止泻作用增强可能与抑制胃肠运动、促进胃动素分泌有关。

The Effect of Fructus Psoraleae Processing with Salt in Treating Diarrhe

Objectives： To investigate the different effect about Fruetus Psoraleae processing with salt in treating diarrhea, providing theoretical basis for diarrhea treatment due to Yang Qeficiency of Spleen and Kidney. Methods： All samples extract with water and ethanol.To observe the effect of diarrhea models mouse for Follum Sennae and Radixet rhizome Rhei through the water dejection points, the rate of intestinal propulsion and motilin.Resuhs： 10g/kg dose of sample with salt can be reduced watery dejection points, 15g/kg can retraining the rate of intestines propulsion, the two samples processing with water and salt can increase the content of mofilin. Conclusions： Fructus Psoraleae processing with salt has more effect comparing with raw material and processing drug with water.The reason maybe is that increase the content of motilin and restraining the rate of intestinal propulsion.
