回春偏瘫方治疗中风偏瘫肝肾亏虚型的实验研究

目的：通过回春偏瘫方对缺血再灌注大鼠的实验研究，探讨其防治中风偏瘫的作用机理。方法：采用线栓法造成大脑中动脉阻塞再灌注模型，造模成功后随机分为假手术组、模型组、回春偏瘫方高、中、低剂量组（回高组，回中组，回低组）、西药尼莫地平组（西药组），连续给药14天，观察大鼠一般情况和体重、神经行为学、脑梗死体积变化和脑细胞形态学改变。结果：实验结束后，与模型组比较，治疗各组体重有所恢复，神经功能缺失情况得到不同程度改善，各治疗组脑梗死体积和脑梗死体积百分比均有不同程度的减少，有极显著的差异（P〈0．01）。结论：回春偏瘫方中药具有促进MCAO再灌注后大鼠神经功能恢复的作用，并可减小MCAO再灌注后大鼠脑梗死体积。
