温和灸促进混合痔术后组织修复的临床研究

目的：观察温和灸治疗混合痔术后并发症及促进创面愈合的临床疗效。方法：将90例混合痔患者随机分为两组，每组45例，治疗纽（A）术后第2天起，采用高锰酸钾稀释液熏洗后，予以温和灸创面局部以及长强穴30min，常规换药；对照组（B）术后第2天起，采用高锰酸钾稀释液熏洗后，予以常规换药。观察两组术后创面愈合时间以及术后疼痛及水肿情况。结果：经统计学分析，术后第1d、2d、3d、7d疼痛积分，术后第7d、2w水肿积分以及创面愈合时间（d），两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组均优于对照组。结论：温和灸能有效缓解混合痔术后疼痛、肛门水肿等并发症，能促进术后创面愈合。

The Clinical Study on the Effect of Mild-Warm Moxibustion for the Tissue Repair of Post-operative Mixed Hernorrboids

Objectives： The aim of the study was to evaluate the curative effect of the treatment of the post-operative complications and the time of wound surface repairing after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids by mild-warm moxibusfion.Methods： Total 90 in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery were assigned in series, which were randomly divided into study group （group A） and control group {group B） .Study group was treated the wound surface and Changqiang {GV1） Point for 30min with mild-warm moxibusfion and washing by potassium permanganate from second day after operation and control group was treated by potassium permanganate, and then conventional dressing change.The wound surface repairing time and the symptom of complications including pain and edema were observed.Results： The time of wound surface repairing {day）, the pain scale （at lday, 2day, 3day and 7day of pest-operation） and the edema scale （at lday, 2day, 3day and 7day of post-operation）, Significant differences were found between the two groups accord- ing to statistic analysis （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion： Mild-warm moxibustion has a good effect in treatment of complications such as pain and edema and can promote wound healing.
