| 摘 要： | 目的 对细胞角蛋白(CK)在恶性黑色素瘤的表达情况及其鉴别诊断意义进行研究. 方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测38例恶性黑色素瘤中CK及S-100蛋白、HMB45、Vimentin表达情况. 结果 CK在恶性黑色素瘤的阳性表达率为32%(12/38),其中原发性恶性黑色素瘤阳性表达率23%(6/26),转移性恶性黑色素瘤阳性表达率50%(6/12);S-100蛋白、HMB45和Vimentin在恶性黑色素瘤阳性表达率分别为87%,76%和97%. 结论 CK在原发性和转移性恶性黑色素瘤有不同程度的表达,CK阳性不能作为诊断癌、排除恶性黑色素瘤的依据. |

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression and differential diagnosis significance of cytokeratin(CK) in malignant melanomas.Methods To detect the expressions of CK,S-100 protein,HMB45 and vimentin among 38 cases of malignant melanoma using the immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of CK in malignant melanomas was 32%(12/38).Among them the positive expression rate of CK was 23%(6/26) in melanomas and it was 50%(6/12) in metastatic melanomas.The positive expression rate of S-100 protein,HMB45,and vimentin in malignant melanomas was 87%,76% and 97% respectively.Conclusion There are different degrees of positive expressions of CK in both the primary and the metastatic melanomas.The CK positive expression in melanoma alone is not sufficient to justify a diagnosis of melanomas or its deny. |
