中西医综合疗法降低脑出血急性期死亡率的临床观察

为探索降低脑出血急性期死亡率的有效抢救方法，将５１例患者随机分为观察组３０例（中药β－ｔ叶皂甙钠、清开灵加西药布瑞得、甘露醇）、对照组２１例（单用西药甘露醇、胞二磷胆碱）。结果：观察组１０日内死亡率为３０．００％，对照组为６１．９０％，两组比较Ｐ〈０．０５。观察组并发肾功能衰竭者占６．６７％，明显低于对照组的５７．１４％，明显低于对照组的５７．１４％。提示中西医综合疗法能显著降低急性脑出血的死亡率

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Therapy in Reducing Mortality of Acute Encephalorrhagia

To investigate a rescue therapy to reduce the mortality of acute encephalorrhagia,51 patients were randomly classified into observation group(30 cases treated by qiyezaodaina,qingkailing,buruide and mannitol)and control group(21 cases treated by manitol).Result showed that the mortality within 10 days was 30 00% in observation group and 61.90% in control group,with a difference between two groups;6.67% of patients in observation group complicated with renal failure,obviously lower than 57.14% in control group.It was revealed that comprehensive therapy of Chinese and western medicine could remarkably reduce the mortality of acute encephalorrhagia,which related with the fact that the therapy could decrease such complications as acute renal failure and upper digestive tract hemorrhage,and controlling the rebounding reaction after lowering intracranial pressure by mannitol.
