老年人脂肪肝并发胆囊炎的临床观察

目的:研究老年人脂肪肝与胆囊炎的发病关系。方法:采用随机分组法观察400例脂肪肝与非脂肪肝患者中胆囊炎的发病情况,测量胆囊体积、计算胆囊排空率后进行分析。结果:两组胆囊空腹容积无显著差异。两组餐后60 min胆囊体积均缩小,且非脂肪肝组较脂肪肝组缩小更明显、胆囊排空率亦明显增大。脂肪肝组患者的胆囊炎发生率显著高于非脂肪组。结论:老年人胆囊收缩能力下降、餐后胆囊排空率下降,其中脂肪肝患者较非脂肪肝患者更易并发胆囊炎。注意饮食和药物治疗、定期B超检查,有助于预防和减少胆囊炎及其并发症的发生。

Clinical Analysis of Adiposis Hepatica Complicated with Cholecystitis in Aged People

Objective:To study morbility of cholecystitis due to adiposis hepatica in aged people.Methods: Using randomization,observe cholecystitis morbility in 400 cases of adiposis hepatica and unadioosis hepatica.Measure gall bladder volune and calculate gall bladder emptying rate,do statistical analysis.Results: Gall gladder volumes 60 min after meal contract.The volunecontracting are more obviously and gall bladder emptying rate are more increasing in adiposis hepatica.Conclusions: Gall bladder contraction and emptying rate after meal decrease in aged people,the patients with adiposis hepatica are more complicated with cholecystitis.
