水蛭古今药用炮制研究

摘    要:对水蛭古今药用炮制历史进行了整理分析,指出水蛭最初的炮制意图是去腥矫味。始于宋代的“不制入腹生子为害”之说是一种误传,但一直是水蛭制法演变的依据,认为水蛭炮制研究的关键,是在保证其药效的前提下,尽可能选择易于矫味,便于服用入药形式,制法研究中似宜避免高温处理。

Abstract:The history of Hirudo processing was systematically analyzed. The purpose of the first processing practice is to remove the rotten-fish-like smell and even improve the smell. It has been misunderstood since the Song Dynasty that unprocessed hirudo will regenerate in the human body once being taken, which has also long been the basis of the evolution of its processing ever since. It has been believed that the key to the processing lies in developing a medicinal form with the quality of being easily taken.
