摘    要:对雄黄生品、水飞品及蒙药炮制法制备的不同样品中As_2S_2和As_2O_3的含量进行了对比考察研究。结果表明:蒙药炮制法不会使雄黄As_2S_2含量明显损失;脱脂酸牛奶浸制可使雄黄As_2O_3含量降低80%左右;2%盐水飞也可使其降低约35%,与水飞法无显著差异(p>0.10);酒浸法则对As_2O_3的影响甚微(p>0.10),故不宜采用。

Abstract:As2S2 and As2O3 content were determined in Realgar, sample refined powder with water and processed samples with mongolian medicine processing methods. The results showed that As2S2 content in Realgar was not significantly lowered with mongolian medicine processing methods, As2O3 content was lowered about 80%; With defatted sour milk processing, As2S2 and As2O3 were lowered about 35 % with refining powder with 2% salt water and no significantly difference compared with refining powder with water; Effects of dipping in wine on As2O3 was very weak and the processing method is not used in practice.
