| 摘 要： | 金钱白花蛇经药理实验发现对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓炎症及大、小鼠蛋清性足肿胀在明显抑制作用,证明该药材有良好抗炎作用。进一步实验,发现对摘除肾上腺大鼠蛋清性足肿胀无抑制作用,提示其作用机理可能与垂体——肾上腺皮质系统有关。

| Abstract: | The anti-inflammatory effects of Bungarus multicinctus multicinctus were studied by using the albumen swellfoot induced in rats and mice and the inflammation in auricle of mice induced by dimethyl benzene and the albumen swell-foot induced in adrenalectomy rats. The results showed: (1) It is apparent inhibition effects on the exudative inflammation of early period and dropsy; (2) Through animal model of albumen swell-foot induced in adrenalectomy rats it might suggest that anti-inflammatory action of Bungarus multicinctus multicinctus is related to pituitary-internal system- |
