慢性特发性荨麻疹患者口服抗组胺药治疗依从性分析

目的:了解慢性特发性荨麻疹患者口服抗组胺药治疗的依从性及影响因素.方法:将112例患者随机分为A、B两组,A组口服左西替利嗪片、酮替芬片和西咪替丁片;B组口服地氯雷他定片,两组患者均服药8周.采用自编问卷对每例患者进行调查.结果:平均服药依从率为68.75%.依从者治疗有效率为68.83%,不依从者有效率为31.43%,依从率和年龄、病程、治疗方案有显著性相关(P＜0.05),与性别、文化程度无显著性关系(P＞0.05).不依从原因主要为患者对疾病危害性缺乏了解或担心副作用或认为已治愈自行停药.结论:慢性特发性荨麻疹患者口服抗组胺药治疗的依从性较低且其对疗效影响显著.年龄、病程和治疗方案对依从性有影响.

Analysis of the compliance of oral antiallergics for treatment of chronic idiopathetic urticaria
