小儿哮喘过敏原检测结果分析

目的:探讨哮喘患儿过敏原检测的意义。方法:应用皮肤点刺试验和血清抗体检测两种方法检测过敏原,并多方面进行比较。结果:吸入性过敏原阳性率排名分别为粉尘螨、屋尘螨、霉菌。食物性过敏原阳性率排名为小虾、牛奶。性别之间无明显差异,两种检测方法过敏原检出率无显著性差异。两种方法均有较高的阳性检出率。结论:两种方法均对儿童哮喘的过敏原检测有较高的应用价值。

Test Results Analysis of Pediatric Asthma Allergens

Objective:To explore children asthma allergens detection significance.Methods:skin prick test and serum antibody detection,using the two kinds of methods for the detection of allergens,many aspects comparing.Results:the inhaled allergen positive rate ranking for dust mites,house dust mites,molds.Food allergens positive rate ranking for shrimp,milk.No significant difference between gender,two methods for the detection of allergen detection rate was no significant difference.The two methods have a higher positive rate.Conclusion:both of the two methods on children asthma allergen detection has higher application value.
