| 摘 要： | 目的通过对蝙蝠呼肠孤病毒在BHK-21和Vero-E6细胞形态发生的比较研究,筛选出该病毒的最佳宿主细胞。方法将感染呼肠孤病毒XJV株的BHK-21和Vero-E6细胞用戊二醛、锇酸固定,制成超薄切片,用透射电镜观察。同时测定病毒滴度。结果XJV在2种细胞中的适应程度不同,XJV更适于在BHK-21细胞中增殖。XJV在2种细胞中的形态发生不同,在BHK-21细胞中形成的包涵体呈典型的晶格状排列,在Vero-E6细胞中形成的包涵体呈杂乱的球状。XJV用BHK-21和Vero-E6细胞育传5代,病毒滴度分别为105.5TCID50/ml和104.5TCID50/ml。结论BHK-21细胞是蝙蝠呼肠孤病毒XJV株的最佳宿主细胞。
