| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高频超声宽景成像技术在跟腱损伤诊断中的应用价值。方法应用连续动态高频超声对5例疑是受损跟腱部位纵、横向扫查,了解患侧跟腱形态、结构及损伤程度。结果5例患者中4例跟腱完全断裂,1例部分断裂,全部病例经手术证实。结论高频超声宽景成像技术能实时完整显示跟腱病变部位及周围组织,其图像的连续性、完整性优于一般超声。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the application value of high frequency ultrasound widescene of imaging technology in diagnosing Achilles tendon injury.Methods Apply continuous dynamic high frequency ultrasound to check 5 suspected Achilles tendon injuries by longitudinal and transverse scan,find out the shape,configuration and degree of the hurt side.Results Four of five patients Achilles tendon complete ruptured,one partial ruptured.All were confirmed by operation.Conclusion High frequency ultrasound widescene of im... |
