| 摘 要： | 目的了解2007年5月-2008年4月贵港柯萨奇病毒性脑炎流行情况。方法收集脑炎病例标本。用酶联免疫吸附法（EusA）检测柯萨奇特异IgM抗体。结果2007年5月～2008年4月共收集到标本533份，柯萨奇特异性IgM抗体阳性78份，占总数的14．63％。病例主要是10岁以下儿童，占74．36％。柯萨奇病例主要集中在2007年的6、7月份和次年的4月份。结论柯萨奇的流行规律与病毒性脑炎的流行规律相同。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the epidemic situation of viral encephlitis caused by Coxsackie virus in Guigang. Methods The specific IgM antibodies to Coxsackie virus were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in the blood of viral encephalitis cases in Guigang from May 2007 to April 2008. Results There 533 specimens were collected and 78 positives for Coxsackie IgM antibodies were detected (14.63%).Children under the age 10 years accounted for 74.36%.
