氯化锂对小鼠致畸作用的实验研究

摘    要:分别以40、120、360mg/kg氯化锂水溶液经口染毒小鼠,观察染毒孕鼠胎仔外观、内脏及骨骼的改变.结果表明:(1)胎仔外观以体表出现血肿为主,120mg/kg组发生率为37.80%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01).尚发现无脑、缺趾、脊柱裂等畸形;(2)内脏检查见360mg/kg组腭裂及40mg/kg组肾脏畸形,发生率分别为3.53% 和5.56%;(3)骨骼检查见新的畸形类型;胸骨异常和跗骨缺失.由此提示:不同剂量的氯化锂可通过母体胎盘对胎仔产生不同程度的致畸作用.

Abstract:A study of the influence of lithium chloride on the future generations of pregnant mice instillated via stomach was carried out. Future generations' teratogenicy of outward appearance, internal organs and skeleton system were observed. The results showed: (1) Teratogenicity of outward appearance; hematoma was a mator occorrence ,the incidence of 120mg/ kg exposed group was 37. 80% and significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0. 01). Several types of malformation were found,such as parencephalia ,defect of toe and spina bifida; (2)Palatoschisis and malformation of kidney were detected in the internal organs of the exposed groups. The incidences were 3. 53% and 5. 56%; (3)New types of malformation were detected about the skeleton system, such as abnormal sternum and defect of tarsal bones. The results suggested that different degree teratogenicity of can be caused by different level of lithium chloride.
