放疗加根治术以提高中晚期宫颈癌生存率的探讨

１９８０年元月～１９９１年１２月间，我们对中晚期宫颈癌采用了全量放疗后加根治术的方法。病例随机分为两组，对照组行单纯全量放疗，研究组行全量放疗加根治术。结果研究组生存率有所提高，二年、五年、十年生存率分别为１００％，９０．７％，８８．９％。我们体会，此方法扩大了宫颈癌根治术的手术范围，争取了中晚期宫颈癌治疗的主动性，是治疗该病的有效方法之一。

Study on the Mithod of after Radical Radiotherapy with Radical Surgery to rise Surrival Rate for the Middle and Late Stage Cervical Cancer

From January of 1980 to December of 1991, We used the way of recurement to radical surgery after radical radiotherapy to treat middle and late stage Cervical Cancer. The cases were divided into two groug freely. The contrast group used radical radiotherapy, the research group used radical radiotherapy radical surgery. The result was the obvious promotion of survival rate of the research group. The survival rates of 2 years 5 years and 10 yeras were 100%, 90. 7%, 88. 9% respeetively. We concluded, this curing wag enlarged the radical surgery range of curement, and make the treatmeat of middle and late stage cervical cancer more active. It was one of effective ways to treat the disease.
