| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨口腔癌前病变及口腔癌变患者的血清免疫球蛋白（Ig)、S－谷胱苷肽转移酶（s-GST)及白细胞介素－2（IL－2）值的变化，方法：临床白斑患者30例，口腔鳞癌患者30例及正常人群30例全部进行血清Ig、s-GST、IL－2检测，结果：口腔癌前病变患者与口腔癌变患者的血清Ig、s-GST及IL－2值之间无显著差异，结论：血清Ig、s-GST及IL－2值对检测口腔癌前病变转为早期癌无特殊意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the significance of the level of Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and Interleukin-2 in patients with oral premalignant and malignant lesion.Methods 30 patients with suspicious lesions of oral leukoplakia;30 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and 30 healthy sjbjects had been detected the levels of plasma Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferases and Interleukin-2.Results The levels of Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and Interleukin02 to both oral premalignant and malignant lesions had not significant difference.Conclusion The level of Serum Immune Globulin,Glutathione S-Transferase and Interleukin-2 is a useless method for detecting oral premalignat and malinant lesions. |
