| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察采用淋巴细胞对复发性流产进行主动免疫的疗效。方法: 58例原因不明复发性流产患者检测封闭抗体阴性后,采用配偶外周血淋巴细胞进行主动免疫治疗。结果: 妊娠成功49例,成功率为84.5%;3例未孕(仍在治疗中),2例治疗3次后失访,1例宫外孕,3例流产(其中1例双胎妊娠至6个月流产)。结论: 主动免疫对于原因不明复发性流产患者是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,能进一步提高妊娠成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of lymphocyte immunization therapy for recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:Fifty-eight cases of unexplained RSA detected with negative blocking antibody were treated with peripheral blood lymphocytes from spouse for active immunotherapy.Results:Forty-nine patients(84.5%) were pregnanted successfully.Three patients were failed(still in treatment),2 cases were lost to follow up after the third treatment,one case was ectopic pregnancy,and 3 cases were aborted(including 1... |
