培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者32例疗效分析

目的: 观察培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的近期疗效和不良反应。方法: 32例经病理证实的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期初治NSCLC患者,接受至少2周期的培美曲塞联合顺铂方案的化疗,观察近期疗效及不良反应。结果: 32例患者均可评价疗效,完全缓解1例,部分缓解13例,疾病稳定11例,疾病进展7例;总有效率为43.8%。全组中位疾病无进展生存时间为5.2个月。Ⅲ或Ⅳ级血液学毒性发生的比例较低,非血液毒性反应主要表现为胃肠道反应、脱发等。结论: 培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗老年晚期NSCLC患者有较好疗效,且耐受性较好。

Pemetrexed combined with cisplatin as first-line treatment for elderly patients with advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer:an analysis of 32 cases

Objective：To investigate the effect and toxicity of pemetrexed plus cisplatin in treatment of advanced-stage non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC） in the elderly. Methods：Thirty-two chemotherapy-naive patients with stage Ⅲ - IV NSCLC who had received at least 2 cycles of pemetrexed/cisplatin therapy were reviewed retrospectively. The recent response and the toxicity were observed. Results：Of the 32 patients, complete response was found in 1 case, partial response in 13 cases, the disease was stable in 11 cases and progressive in 7 cases. The overall response rate was 43.8%. The median progression-free survival was 5.2 months. The incidence of hematologic grade Ⅲ/Ⅳ toxicities was low, and the main non-hematologic toxicities were nausea and alopecia. Conclusions： Pemetrexed/cisplatin therapy is effective and safe for treatment of elder patients with advanced-stage NSCLC.
