| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变的特点及相关危险因素。方法对照组（CON）187例,2型糖尿病组（T2DM）288例,2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变组（T2DM＋PAD）177例,比较各组间临床一般资料,糖、脂代谢相关指标并进行回归分析。结果 2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变组的年龄、收缩压与2型糖尿病组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。Logistic回归分析表明年龄、收缩压与2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变独立显著相关（年龄OR=1.076,95%C I=1.028~1.127,P=0.002;收缩压OR=1.028,95%C I=1.002~1.054,P=0.033）。结论高龄、收缩压可能是2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉病变的独立危险因素。
