| 摘 要： | 目的:观察弹性义齿的修复效果,对比弹性义齿和传统可摘局部义齿在牙列缺损修复中的疗效。方法:为120例患者镶复130件弹性义齿,为对照组41例患者镶复49例传统可摘局部义齿,对两组的临床疗效进行1年的跟踪随访。结果:130件弹性义齿中119件达到良好的修复效果,成功率达91.5%;对照组49件中成功47件,成功率95.9%。经卡方检验(P>0.05),成功率无显著性差异。结论:弹性义齿修复与传统可摘局部义齿修复的临床疗效无明显差异,是一种方便安全的治疗方法,值得推广应用。
