| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察快速康复外科理念在肺癌围术期护理中的应用效果。方法: 将60例手术治疗的肺癌患者随机均分为观察组及对照组;对照组接受传统方法治疗,观察组接受快速康复外科理念方案治疗。比较2组患者术后24 h疼痛程度、肺不张发生率、胸腔积液发生率、肺部感染率、术后住院时间及住院总费用。结果: 观察组术后24 h疼痛VAS评分、肺不张发生率、术后住院时间和住院总费用均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05~P < 0.01),2组肺部感染率、胸腔积液发生率差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。结论: 肺癌围术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念,可有效促进肺癌术后患者的康复,降低术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用。
