| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无痛胃镜检查对食管裂孔疝(hiatal hernia HH)的临床诊断价值。方法:总结分析291例无痛胃镜检查结果,并与X线食道钡餐透视检查及普通胃镜检查结果对比分析。结果:291例患者诊断HH 6例,占所检患者2.06%,该6例患者于胃镜检查前或后均做X线钡餐造影检查,X线诊断均确诊为HH,符合率100%。同期9127例普通胃镜检查HH检出率为3.51%。其中69例于胃镜检查前或后做过X线食道钡餐透视检查,有43例X线诊断为HH,符合率为62.31%。结论:无痛胃镜检查能更直观、清晰的观察HH的特点及并发症,对于诊断HH具有重要价值。
