临床护士发生锐器伤的调查分析

目的:了解临床护士锐器伤发生情况,探讨相应的防护措施。方法:对某院临床科室78名临床护士,1年内锐器伤情况进行回顾性调查。结果:78名临床护士有38名护士锐器伤53例次,刺伤率为48.72%,1年内刺伤1次的40人,占51.28%,2次的9人,占11.53%,3次的3人,占3.84%,4次的1人,占1.27%。发生锐器伤的操作环节主要是针头刺伤占54.71%,掰安瓿占37.73%,其他占7.56%,38名临床护士刺伤后均采取防护措施。结论:强化"标准"理念,提高职业防护意识,规范操作行为,加强锐器伤的监控管理是减少临床护士锐器伤害的重要措施。
