| Abstract: | Objective To study screening of antisense oligonucleotides targeting HBV and to provide great help for the prevention and treatment of HBV.Methods 5 antisense oligonucleotides targeting HBV were synthesized and transfected to HepG2.2.15 cells.The detection of antisense oligonucleotides inhibitory effects on HBV DNA.HBeAg and HBsAg were performed using Real time PCR and ELASI.Results The replication of HBV DNA and expression of HBeAg and HBsAg reduced by the antisense oligonucleotides in the HepG2.2.15 cells... |
