| 摘 要： | 目的:观察奥曲肽、奥美拉唑、凝血酶联合治疗肝炎后肝硬化并上消化道出血的临床疗效。方法:将120例肝炎后肝硬化并上消化道出血患者随机分为A、B两组。A组56例,在一般止血药物及护肝、输血等治疗的基础上给予奥曲肽0.2mg缓慢静脉注射,然后以50ug/h缓慢微泵静脉输入维持,加用凝血酶1000u溶于10ml冰生理盐水口服Q6H;B组64例,在A组的基础上加用奥美拉唑40mg静脉推Q12H,两组疗程均为2～4d。结果:B组总有效率(96.8%)较A组(83.9%)明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三者联合用药治疗肝炎后肝硬化并上消化道出血临床效果较好,值得推广。
