蚌埠市东风、群力社区3岁以下婴幼儿单纯性肥胖调查分析

目的:了解辖区3岁以下婴幼儿单纯性肥胖的发生状况,积极探讨发病的相关因素,为儿童单纯性肥胖的预防提供依据。结果:在调查的2057例儿童中,男1093名,女964名。单纯性肥胖检出人数为118人,检出率为5.74%,其中轻度肥胖检出率为4.52%,中度肥胖为1.01%,重度肥胖为0.15%。结论:婴幼儿肥胖主要为单纯性肥胖,主要和以下几个因素有关:遗传和环境因素;高出生体重;摄入过多;活动过少。

Investigation and Analysis of Simple Obesity of Infants and Chilren under 3 Years Old in Dongfeng and Qunli Communities in Bengbu City
