| 摘 要： | 目的:观察分析经尿道前列腺汽化电切术(TUVP)患者围术期低体温发生的原因并探讨护理防治对策。方法:根据术中可能产生低体温的环节对患者采取相应保温措施为观察组,不采取任何保温措施为对照组。监测围术期患者体温,并比较两组患者体温变化情况。结果:对照组术中各时段与术前基础体温值比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);实验组组内比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组间在术中60min和术毕时间点比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TUVP术中对患者采取保温措施可显著降低术中低体温的发生率。
