摘    要:目的]探讨中期因子(midkine,MK)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMT)发病中的作用。方法]采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附(enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法检测36例不同程度EMT患者(实验组:Ⅰ-Ⅱ期4例为轻度组,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期32例为重度组)及17例非EMT患者(对照组)腹腔液(peritoneal fluid,PF)中MK、VEGF的浓度。结果]MK水平重度组明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05),而轻、重度组间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);VEGF水平重度组明显高于对照组、轻度组(P﹤0.01,P﹤0.05)。实验组MK水平分泌期明显高于增生期(P﹤0.05),而对照组差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);对照组和实验组VEGF水平增生期和分泌期差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。实验组MK与VEGF的表达呈具有显著意义的正相关(r=0.525,P﹤0.05)。结论]EMT患者PF中MK、VEGF水平升高,提示二者可能共同参与了EMT的发生发展。

Abstract:Objective] To study the effects of midkine(MK) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis(EMT).Methods]The expressions of MK and VEGF in the peritoneal fluid(PF) were investigated using abc-enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results]The expressions of MK in EMT stageⅢ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than in control group(P﹤0.05),while that was not shown in stageⅠ-Ⅱ.And the VEGF protein expressions in EMT stageⅢ-Ⅳ were significantly higher than in stageⅠ-Ⅱ and in control group(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01,respectively).As for the menstrual phase,the expression of MK in luteal phase was much higher than in follicular phase in EMT patients(P﹤0.05),while that was not shown in VEGF expression.The MK expression in EMT had a positive correlation with the VEGF expression(r=0.525,P﹤0.05).Conclusions] The expressions of MK and VEGF in PF of women with EMT were significantly higher than those of controls,and it indicated that MK and VEGF may play roles in the development of endometriosis.
