| 摘 要： | 目的了解我院2008年住院病人疾病构成及变化趋势,为医院临床管理提供科学依据。方法收集整理我院2008年疾病分类报表,并对前5位疾病构成分性别、分年龄组进行顺位及对比分析。结果全年收治病人25,392人次,前5位疾病依次为：循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病、肌肉骨骼和结缔组织病。结论进一步加强医疗服务和医院管理工作,发挥中医特色优势,加强中老年人对疾病的预防保健,控制疾病发生。
