| 摘 要： | 目的：总结小剂量低分子肝素钙在治疗婴幼儿重症肺炎中的作用。方法：将60例婴幼儿重症肺炎随机分为两组，治疗组加小剂量低分子肝素钙雾化超声雾化吸入30例，对照组30例常规治疗。结果：小剂量低分子肝素钙雾化超声雾化吸入治疗组与对照组临床症状治疗时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：治疗组显效率和有效率明显优于对照组，治疗过程安全。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo summarize the effect of small dose low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of severe pneumonia in infant.MethodSixty infants with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups as the treatment group and the control group.The infants were treated routinely in the control group,but for the treatment group,ultrasonic atomizing inhalation with small dose low molecular weight heparin calcium were added in addition.ResultsThere was significant difference in recovery time of clinical symptoms between the treatment group and the control group.ConclusionThe treatment group has significant efficiency,the effect is superoir to the control group,and its treatment process is safe. |
