| 摘 要： | 目的研究唇裂±腭裂中各发病因素的作用方法对2531例唇裂±腭裂患者的临床资料进行详细调查与分析结果单纯性唇裂1452例唇裂伴腭裂1079例有确切遗传史者为204例占8.1%有服药史者怀孕初期为831例占32.8%结论唇裂的病因是复杂的遗传因素与特定的环境因素的协同作用是其根本病因

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the factors leading to the cleft lip(CL) or the cleft lip with cleft palate(CLP) and the types of them Methods:2531 patients with the CL or CLP were surveyed and their clinic data were analysed. Results:The CL accounted for 1452 cases and the CLP 1079 cases.204 cases(8.1%) had definitive genetic factor. Administering medicine was seen in 831 cases(32.8%) and was the major environmental factor.Conclusions:The cause of the CL or CLP is complicated.The cooperation of the genetic factor and environmental factors plays vital role in developing of the disease. |
