| 摘 要： | 目的 研究竹荪提取液抗突变效应 ,为竹荪的进一步开发利用提供依据。方法 采用微核试验方法观察竹荪提取液对环磷酰胺诱发小鼠胸骨、股骨骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核的作用。结果 竹荪提取液剂量为 2 5,5 0 ,10 0g/kg时对环磷酰胺所致小鼠胸骨、股骨骨髓微核增加均有显著拮抗作用 (与阳性对照组比较 ,P <0 0 0 1) ,且有明显的剂量 -反应关系 ,相关系数r =-0 98。结论 竹荪提取液具有一定的抗诱变作用

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe antimutagenic effect of the extract from dictyophora,and to provide evidences to further develop and utilize it.MethodsBy using micronucleus test,the resisting effect o f the extract from dictyophora to micronucleus mutation of the polychromatice ry throcyte of mice marrow in sternum and os femoris caused by cytophosphane was st udied.ResultsThe extract from dictyophora dosage of 2.5,5.0,10 .0?g/kg had the obvious resisting effect on the increase of mice marrow in ster num and os femoris micronucleus caused by cytophosphane( P <0 001).It also s howed that these effects had well dose-response dependent relationship.The relat ive coefficient was -0.98.ConclusionThe extract from dictyophora had the effect of anti-mutation. |
