| 摘 要： | 目的 建立稳定表达pokemon乳腺癌细胞系,并观察pokemon对乳腺癌细胞系MCF-7侵袭转移能力的影响. 方法 构建表达pokemon慢病毒载体,将Pokemon表达慢病毒载体转染MCF-7细胞,通过Westernblot方法检测稳定性表达pokemon MCF-7细胞中Pokemon-GFP融合蛋白的表达情况,应用Transwell试验及划痕实验观察pokemon的高表达对MCF-7细胞侵袭迁移能力的影响. 结果 成功建立稳定表达pokemon的MCF-7细胞系,pokemon可抑制MCF-7细胞侵袭能力. 结论 Pokemon可抑制MCF-7细胞侵袭能力.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo establish MCF-7 cells with stablely ectopic pokemon expression and to assess the effect of pokemon on the invasion and migration of MCF-7 cells.MethodsImmunofluorescence and Western blot were used to screen the MCF-7 cell clones with ectopic pokemon expression.Transwell and wound healing analysis were utilized to determine the effect of pokemon on the invasion and migration of MCF-7 cells.ResultsThe MCF-7 cell line with stablely ectopic pokemon expression was established and Pokemon was demonstrated to suppress the invasion ability of MCF-7 cells. |
