| 摘 要： | 目的 观察可吸收内固定材料治疗髋臼后缘骨折的疗效。方法 应用自身增强可吸收(SR-PLLA)螺钉内固定治疗髋臼后缘骨折12例,其中4例合并股骨头骨折。结果 随访8月～3年。所有骨折经治疗均愈合良好,无骨折再移位。关节功能恢复优10例,良1例,可1例。结论 应用SR-PLLA螺钉治疗髋臼后缘骨折,可获得满意的内固定效果。其优点为不需要再次取内固定,避免了金属内固定物遗留在人体内,特别是位置深、组织结构复杂的部位更具有应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the result on treatment of posterior acetabular margin fracture. Methods 12 cases of posterior acetabular margin fractura were treated with SR-PLLA screws. 4 cases complicated with femoral head fractura. Results At 8 months - 3 years following up, 12 cases showed union completely without displacement,the joint function were founded in 10 cases,good in case,fair in lease. Conclusion The results indicated that satisfacory outcome can be achieved for fixation of posterior acetabular margin fixation with SR-PLLA screws. The merit of operation is avoiding second operating for fixator and metal remains in the boby. It is specialy useful for deep and complex tissue location. |
