| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨无症状心肌缺血与心绞痛患者血浆内皮素-1变化的临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定ET-1含量,并查心电因及超声心动图。结果 SMI与对照组无显著差异,其病变程度与ET-1变化呈零相关,AP组ET-1明显高于对照组,其病变程度与ET-l变化呈正相关,治疗后ET-l降至正常水平,AP非发作期ET-l亦有显著差异。结论 结果显示血浆ET-1水平可能在冠心病心肌缺血类型和临床症状等方面起作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the concentration changes and significance of endothelth(ET-1)in the patients with silentmyocardial ischemia (SMI) and angina pectoris(AP). Methods Radiation immunity technique and two-dimensional echocardio-graphy are adopted. Results There was no significant difference between SMI and normal control,and no correlation betweenthe degrees of pathological changes in SMI and the changes of ET-1 concentration. ET-1 concentration in AP was higher obvi-iously than in control,and there was a positive correlation between the degrees of pathological changes in AP and the changes ofET-1 concentration. ET-1 concentration in AP decreased to control level after treatment. There was a significant difference ofET-1 concentration in attack period and unattack period of AP. Conclusion It was indicated that ET-1 level may have effects onthe types and clinical symptoms of myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease. |
