细湿针穿刺细胞学检查诊断直肠癌(附45例报告)

目的 进一步探讨直肠癌诊断的新途径。方法 首创经肛门细湿针穿刺针吸细胞学检查方法,经细湿针45例针吸细胞学检查诊断的病例。结果 其结果与术后病理诊断完全符合,提示其对直肠癌诊断正确率100％,且不需特殊医疗器械、操作方法简单易行、无大出血感染之危、损伤小、安全可靠、不会引起肿瘤种植。结论 我们认为由细湿针穿刺细胞学诊断直肠癌可替代传统活组织切片检查法。

The Diagnosis of Rectal Cancer with Fine-wet-needle Aspiration Biopsy

objective To find a new way to diagnose the rectal cancer. Methods we created the using fine-wet-neelde aspiration (FWNA)biopsy to diagnose the rectal cancer for the first time. Results The results of total of 45 cases which performed fine-wet-needle aspiration(FWNA)was the same as pathology examination. The accuracy of diagnose is 100%. The method is simple,safe,reliable,and no danger of heavy bleeding,doesn't need special instrument,and also there is no danger of inplantation metastasis. Conclusions we could see that using the fine-wet-needle aspiration (FWNA)to diagnose the rectal cancer can replace the traditional biopsy method,and it is better to be used as widely as possible.
