内固定式牵引成骨技术治疗小颌畸形

摘    要:目的探讨内固定式牵引成骨技术在小颌畸形矫治中的应用.方法使用国产内固定式牵引器牵引成骨治疗小颌畸形,其中3例为关节强直致小颌畸形,1例为半侧颜面萎缩,1例为肿瘤切除骨移植失败后形成小颌畸形.结果5例患者均达到了小颌矫正的良好效果.全部病例无感染、成骨不良等并发症.结论牵引成骨技术可成功地用于矫治小颌畸形,对于关节强直患者可在关节成形术的同时进行牵引成骨.

Abstract:Objective To study the application of intraoral mandibular distraction osteogenesis in correction of mierognathia deformity. Methods Five eases with mierognathia deformity were corrected by using intraoral distraetor. Three eases of them were formed by TMJ ankylosis, one ease with hemifaeial mieresomia and one ease with partial mandibular defect. Results Five eases were corrected satisfactorily and have no complications. such as infection and nonunion. Conclusions Distraction osteogenesis can be applied to corrected mierognathia defermity; especially for TMJ ankylosis patients, distraction osteogenesis and arthroplasty can he performed simultaneously.
