摘 要: | 目的:分析急诊护士应对突发公共卫生事件应急能力要求,建立一套简单易行的急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力评价指标体系。方法:采用自行设计的问卷咨询表,应用德尔菲法对26名护理管理、护理教育、临床护理专家进行咨询,初步构建急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力评价体系。结果:专家咨询的权威系数为0.891,判断系数为0.845,熟悉程度系数为0.840,经过两轮咨询后确定的急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力评价体系中,7条一级指标,19条二级指标,36条三级指标;评价体系总的内部一致性Cronbach’Sa系数为0.951,重测信度为0.836,62个条目的平均CVI为0.920。结论:该评价体系具有较好的信度和效度,可作为评价急诊护士突发公共卫生事件应急能力的工具。

Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the response capacity requirement of public health emergencies for emergency specialized nurses and to construct an evaluation system for the capacity. Methods: Two rounds of expert consultation by questionnaires were conducted among 26 emergency nursing educators, nursing administrators or clinical nurses. The first, second and third class indexes of evaluation system of response capacity to public health emergency were preliminary established. Results: Evaluation system of response capacity to public health emergency for emergency specialized nurses consisted of 7 first-level items, 19 second-level items and 36 third-level items. The Cr, Ca and familiarity coefficient was 0.891, 0.840 and 0.845, respectively. The Cronbach's coefficient, the test-retest reliability coefficient and the content validity index (CVI) were 0.951, 0.836, and 0.920, respectively. Conclusion: The evaluation system of response capacity to public health emergency has good reliability and validity and could be utilized as a tool to evaluate response capacity to public health emergency for emergency specialized nurses. |
