摘    要:目的:探讨在应急救援中应用鱼骨图分析结合PDcA循环管理,对于提升救援质量的效果评价。方法:根据急救工作中发现的问题,及时运用鱼骨图分析各种影响因素;根据分析结果,使用PDCA循环管理方法,对急救中心的救援物资、急救人员、救治流程等进行持续的质量改进。结果:实施PDCA循环后,急救中心救援能力得到提升;急救中心救援人员数量增加、急救技能提高、职业认同感增强;急救中心的培训水平和科研能力得到提高;建立了较为完善的医疗应急救援模式与组织管理体系。结论:通过实施鱼骨图结合PDCA循环管理模式,我院急救中心救援质量得到了提升,值得推广。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of the PDCA cycle combined with fishbone diagram in improving the quality of emergency rescue. Methods: Based on the problems found in first-aid work, we drew the fishbone diagram to analyze all kinds of influencing factors. According to the results of the analysis, PDCA cycle was used. We increased relief materials and emergency personnel, developed a series of medical treatment processes in the emergency center. Results: The emergency center's rescue capability was greatly enhanced. By using this method, we increased the number of rescue personnel, enhanced their first aid skills and professional identity, improved the level of training of the emergency center and personnel's research capacities, established a more comprehensive medical emergency rescue mode and organizational management system. Conclusion: By using fishbone diagram combined with PDCA cycle management model in our hospital emergency center, the rescue quality has been greatly improved. It is worthwhile to spread this model in our nursing management work.
